Please Suggest Me Solution For My Fatigue

Hi, I've been all over the place looking for a solution to my fatigue, which lead me here. I've been experiencing since 8 months, fatigue, as if I need to sleep, all day, and all night. It's more so during the morning, and clears up for about an hour around lunch, due to unknown reasons, and comes back soon after. I'm currently taking Excedrin to keep me awake in the morning, but I can't take it too long. I've been to multiple doctors, and I really can't afford too many more visits.

install a nice UV light lamp or something that will be bright, as the absorption of light through the eyes will inhibit melatonin production (melatonin makes you sleepy).

Also, go outside and stay active. You'll get more and more tired if you don't excerise at least 1-2 times a week.

And taking a 2 hour nap in the middle of the day can be a big help (usually around 4PM). If you do take naps, try and keep them at the same time each day so your body can get on a schedule and it will eventually get used to it and you won't be as tired.

I personally stay away from pills/coffee/energy drinks as they ruin my sleep pattern and it takes a while to fix it once its off. I do occassionally smoke weed which does make me sleepy, so I try not to smoke until a few hours before bed.

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. You must get your blood work up done. Get your hemoglobin and blood glucose levels for diabetes worked up. You seem to be developing hypoglycemia which is fall in blood glucose levels. Visit an endocrinologist who would be able to find out the cause after doing some tests. till than you must take small frequent meals and take plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Wish you good health.
