Dear sir i can understand your concern I am sorry to hear you have been having difficulties getting your blood sugar in the normal range now. I am very happy you are this conscientious because having a well controlled blood sugar is very important in preventing the onset of diabetic complications. the best change what you can do is 1.take jalra twice daily i guess with this sugars should come down if not increas morning dose of glycomet g1 to 1and half tablet that should be sufficent regards I suppose I have given the desired response if you have any other query please write back.
