Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.
Unbearable pains in joints after fracture in past could be due to arthritic changes in joint. Get a fresh x-ray done to see any arthritic changes or rule out any other bony pathology. Meanwhile you can take anti-inflammatory drug like motrin to reduce pain and inflammation.
Hope this helps you.You can consult me again directly through my profile http://www.healthcaremagic.com/doctors/dr-saurabh-gupta/64132

Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. Vaibhav Gandhi's  Response
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us,

I have studied your case with diligence.

There are many causes of pain after implant removal like nonunion, implant related osteoporosis, sympathetic dystrophy and stiffness, arthritis.
You may need to do x ray and if required MRI.
Take calcium with vit D supplement daily with analgesics if required.
Do you have shiny skin or dischaging sinus?
Physiotherapy will help in reducing stiffness and pain.

I hope that I have answered your query. Let me know if I can help you further.

Take care
