Platelet Count 114, Lump On Neck Side, Bulging Jugular Vein , Headaches, Vision Problems, Difficulty In Neck Movements

I have a platelet count 114, a lump about the size of a walnut on the left side of my neck, bulging jugular vein , headaches and my vision seems to have gotten worse. My doctors tell me its nothing. The bulg on my neck gets worse when bending over, putting my arms up or laying down and turning my head to one side or the other.
