Planning For Kids. Having Fungal Infection. Is It The Reason For Not Conceiving?

Hi Doc, We are planning for kids since 1 year. My doctor suggested me to go for uti . Yesterday i went to another doctor for constipation problem. He examined me and told that i have some fungal infection and this is the reason im not getting pregnancy and no treatment can help until i get rid of this infection Could you pls let me know if that isactually thereason or should i go for uti as suggested by my Gynic
