Hello,

You're overweight in comparison to your height.
It is a good thing to reduce weight and it increases the chance of pregnancy by reducing insulin resistance.

Don't go for a crash diet. It will not help you.

Exercise for 45 min to 1 hour daily(Aerobics).

Calorie of 25 Kcal/kg/day is recommended for you.

hello,
thank you for using health care magic,
it seems you have 5kg extra.. instead of taking regular lunch and dinner devide it in four parts..you should eat at every 2 to 3 hours small quntity of food.. i am not telling you to reduce food intake and not even to increase it.. i am telling you to take it at a small interval..for e.g
8am take milk or breakfast
10 am take some fruit
12am take half of your lunch
2pm remaining half of lunch
4pm take some liquid like juice, butter milk,
6pm you can take some snacks
8 pm light dinner
10pm milk
taking food at short duration will increase your metabolism..
cut down sugar and carbohydrate instead take protiens.. protien need more calories for its digestion and it will help you to reduce your extra calories .. reduce fat intake..
dont do crash dieting it will make you weak for pregnancy
daily do exercise fo 45mins to 1hour.. you can go for walk, or gym or aerobics.. yoga takes long to reduce weight..
