Sir according to you , a surgical remedy is not amenable now. So I suggest you go on with medical treatment. Your headache is probably due to aneurysm . When you lay down or bend, blood flow increases to brain and causes congestion and headache. So try having back rest with 2 pillow s. Swelling in your limbs may be due to autoimmune disease.if you have been prescribed drugs for that please continue if not consult your physician treating autoimmune disease. If headache is unbearable you can take paracetamol 1mg tablet.if you have symptoms like vomiting, double vision ,blurred vision report immediately to your neurologist
