Pins And Needles On Face, Sharp Pain In Head, Heart Palpitations, Dizziness, Very Tired. Anxiety Symptoms?

i have pins and needles in my face, sharp pain in back of my head now and again. im always worrying something bad is wrong, im making myself feel sick of worry, heart pulpertations, dizzyness, feel floating, always tired and got no energy, have a fear if death and fear of going out into public. feels like im going to choke or swolliw my tongue and panic is this something serious or just anxiety?

The symptoms that you have described are consistent with the presence of an anxiety disorder. However, it will be better to get an ECG done and to get your blood tested for thyroid hormone levels, to rule out any other likely causes. There are many safe and effective medicines to treat anxiety disorders. Please see a psychiatrist and get yourself treated. You will notice a huge difference within a few days.
