Pins And Needles, Numbness In Left Arm. How To Overcome This?

Hi wondering why I am experiencing pins and needles and numbness in my left arm. It only happens when holding a book when lying in bed and during the night when sleeping. Position doesn't appear to improve it. It has been quite consistent for the last few weeks. I'm a 36 yr old female, non smoker, with no health issues. Thanks in advance.

Hi,

This may be due to nerve compression or decreased nutrient/blood supply to nerve. Since happening only to left arm, better to get cardiac evaluation once with general examination and do regular exercises, plenty of fluids and B complex supplements (B6, B12 and folic acid) with pregabalin may help you.Get glucose monitoring also.

Regards
