Pink Bleeding, Frequent Urination, Bloated Stomach, Flutter In Stomach. Pregnant?

hi ive had my implant in for a year and ahlf now and have had regular periods all the way through untill a few months ago where i have just had a few light pink patches of blood on tissue after ive been for a wee ive also been feelin sick and cant stop weeing and my stomach is bloated and i hve been havin wierd flutter feelings in my belly could i be pregnant ?

The description given by you are not exactly symptoms of pregnancy however a missed period cannot rule out pregnancy. Kindly get yourself a urine pregnancy test immediately. Also approach a physician to give a urine routine to rule out a urinary tract infection. Please don't delay the issue any further
