Hi,

Thank you for your query on Healthcare Magic.

It is looking like a viral illness with upper respiratory tract infection.

Tiredness and weakness is associated in the recovery phase of a viral fever.

Give her rest.

Give plenty of water and oral fluids to maintain hydration.

Give soft diet to maintain the nutrition.

Supplementation with a multivitamin syrup will decrease the tiredness.

Hope I have answered your query.

Regards.
