Pimples On Lips, Painful, Hard. Recurring Episodes. What Should I Do?

I get pimples on and around my lips , which are painfull and feel hard. They bother me because when I speak they get sort of pulled around by the movements of my mouth and tear. I though they were coldsores at first but they have white heads. I ve had them for several years now with breaks between them. What should I do?

Hello.As you mentioned rightly,it is possible that you're having cold sores(herpes simplex labialis).Only recourse would be to take the anti viral pill each time it flares or take it on a continuous basis for almost a year.
