am having the pimples issue on my face from past 6 mnths onwards...before that my face was very smooth and very clear...even i dont have a ane mark also on my face...i ws consult a doctor ha suggested the Bengel ACRA2.5. i am using this cream from past 1 week...but no change in my face...pls gimme some suggesation to me..

hi, pimples are common in adolescent age.it is caused by infection of pilosebaceous glands can be presented by comedomes, papules,pustules cysts,and nodules .it can be present on face,chest,shoulders and back.bengel acra 2.5 is ok for the treatment of acne if it is mild.but you wont response within one week it will take time atleast for 3-4 weeks.u can also try clindamycin cream in the morning and retinoic acid 0.025 % in the night .u can also try deriva-cms ,epiduo cream,nexret cream ansd so on .if no response yet go for chemical peels
