Pimples, oily skin, dark spots due to pimples. Cure for symptoms?

I am now 17 years old. I am a student of 'o' level & I am a member of a cultural organization. Most often I have to take makeup because I am a dancer. My skin is oily & sensitive. My skin tone is light. I have some pimples on my face & pimple has left dark spots on my face which looks very bad. How can I remove dark spots from my face in short time without any problem? Please give me it's solution.

Hi Rina
As you specifically want dark spots to be reduced in short time, you should consult a doctor near by for sessions of microdermabrasion and chemical peels. The general basic recommendations for oily acne prone skin is below mentioned
Use salicylic or Glycolic acid based face wash
Use water based moisturiser, sunscreen and make up
Apply adapalene gel over pimples every night
Apply Kojic acid or hydroquinone cream over marks.

Hope that answers your query. Take care
