Pimples Around Lips Of Vagina, Itchiness. Had Sex. Suggestion?

I have about 6 pimples around the lips of my vagina . It burns when I pee sometimes, and they hurt when I wipe. I recently had sex for the first time a week ago, about 3 days before my period. That night while I was on my period I woke up with a really bad itch , and I m not sure if it was from the pad or not because it was really itchy again the next night, and I had just noticed the pimples yesterday. I m really scared and only 15

Hi Serena,
You might be having a sexually transmitted infection knowns herpes genitalis. It is caused by herpes simplex virus and presents itself as cluster of painful blisters or erosions. Treatment requires a course of oral antivirals along with application of topical antibiotics. I would advise you to consult a dermatologist near by and take treatment as early as possible. You are too young, avoid intimate unprotected sexual contact.
