Pimples All Over The Bod On Eating Oily, Hot Stuff, Want To Take Strong Purgative To Cleanse The Blood. Suggestion?

Hi, can you please suggest a strong purgative/ stomach wash agent to completely cleanse the blood and the system. I keep getting pimples every now and then on the face, back and on my arms whenever I consume anything that is oily or that which generates heat content in the body (like chicken for instance). I have been having this problem for quite long now (about 5-6 yrs). I have noticed that once, when I did consume such a purgative/laxative (I do not remember which one), the skin had turned quite clear and fully rid of pimples.

Dear Naveen,

I would suggest that instead of looking for a `strong purgative/stomach wash to cleanse the system,` you shoud try life style modifications like regular toilet habits, drinking plenty of water, consuming plenty of fruits and vegetables, avoiding excess of non vegetarian food, oily spicy stuff and junk food. You should do some form of exercise regularly. You may take isabgol husk with two glasses of water or cremaffin/looz syr for some time but do not make it a habit. You should also wash your face with water frequently and if pimples still trouble you, consult a dermatologist.

Thanks for chooing HCM..,
Don't use any strong purgatives.. ,
it will modify the bowel movements..,
So don't allow it..,
Regular toilet habits, plenty of oral fluids.,
Take fresh fruits and vegetables..,
daily slow steady exerises.....2 times
after 2 hrs food..,
