Pimple On Testicle, Squeezed, Build Up Oozes. What Is It?

I had a pimple on my ball sack, which I initially thought was popped. However it won't go away and feel like there is something still in it. When I rub it between my fingers it feels like a head may still be inside. Every once in a while I will squeeze it and some white buildup comes out but not the head of the pimple itself. Something to worry about?

Hello,
Welcome to Health care magic.
What you describe seems to be a cyst called sebaceous cyst which is common on the scrotum. It is a swelling which has a sac containing cheesy material. You need to get it removed completely .you could meet a surgeon or a dermatosurgeon. Avoid squeezing it as it may get infected.
Hope this helped.
Take care.
