I have been treating it with neosporin and have also used aloe vesta protective ointment. I m worried because its not healing like I would like. I m don t know what it is. Can someone tell me?

Hello ..thanks for the query..
You seem to have a folliculitis ..Folliculitis is inflammation of one or more hair follicles. It can occur anywhere on the skin. Hot, moist compresses may help drain the affected follicles.Treatment may include:
Antibiotics applied to the skin (mupirocin)
Oral antibiotics are also required in certain cases where tolicals are not enough.
I would suggest that you visit a dermatologist and get a course of Antibiotic, antiallergic required.. should not use any deodorants or OTC products in the area.Well, there is nothing to worry about ,just a timely management is helpful..take care!
