Hi, Welcome to HCM. Based on your symptoms I am suspecting tinea infection which is fungal infection caused by fungi called as dermatophytes. This infection usually occurs in moist regions like in folds near genitals, and perineal region. You are showing symptoms of soreness in your genital areas which might be causing the burning sensation while passing urine. I suggest application of antifungal cream over these sore regions thrice daily for two weeks. Keep these areas clean and dry. Drink lots of water to flush out any urinary tract infection. Thanks.
