If you do not have any difficulty or change in breathing or talking, then you should consider yourself lucky.
Mostly all pills dissolve in the pharynx area ( inside the throat) on longstanding, the most common site for the pill to get lodged is between the tongue base and the epiglottis, which will give you a sensation of The Pill accidentally going to Laryngeal passage (windpipe).
Watch out for any change in Voice / breathing difficulty.
What's your age? where do you stay?
If any untoward incidences, contact your local ENT surgeon for Indirect / Direct Laryngoscopy.

Highly unlikely if you do not have any breathing, swallowing problem and no voice change. What is your age? Did you have any bout of coughing or vomiting immediately following this incident? Usually the foreign body (peanut) will be coughed or vomited out. Some discomfort may persist for some time following such an incident. If you are still in doubt, and since this is a suspected vegetative foreign body (peanut) get a chest x-ray and a barium swallow study done and get yourself examined by a local physician.
