Pigmentation on cheek, dark skin over face, travel extensively. How can I get rid of this?

I am 46 years old and have been working in Sales & Marketing dept for past many years. My job demands extensive traveling across the country and expose myself to extreme climatic conditions. Since past few years i find pigmentation on my cheek. as my profession demands lots of public speaking, training and presentations to clients i am feeling embarrassed. also face has been darkened a lot. so kindly suggest me how to get out of such problems

Thanks for writing in.
You can apply Glyco A lotion over the darker areas at night.
Use a good quality sunscreen in day time every 3 hourly starting at 9 in morning.
SPF of 50 for face and SPF of 15-30 for body is good enough.
Photoprotection is a must for any pigmentation problem.
Use sunscreeen cap and cotton clothing to cover face whenever you are outside.
Use a good cleanser like episoft for cleaning face
Take a lot of lemon juice daily.Also you can take vitamin C tablets daily.

I encourage you to visit a qualified dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.
