Thank you for asking on Health Care Magic.
In my opinion you may do the following:
1. Take an ice cube, wrap it in a thin cloth and apply over your knuckle. It will help to limit the swelling.
2. Take an anti-inflammatory like Tab Brufen for pain and swelling relief.
3. Apply an anti-inflammatory cream over the knuckle and put crepe bandage on it.
4. Do not try to explore for glass piece at your own. As it can lead to further complications and infection. Consult your doctor for exploration of the glass piece. If it not visible/felt superficially it may not be in there.

I hope you find this helpful.
Thanks
