Petechiae red spots all over abdomen, had hysterectomy, no hormone replacement. Causes?

I have petikia red spots all over my abdomen and would like to know what they are and what causes them. I have had a hysterectomy and not on hormone replacement if hormones have any thing to do with it. Thanks

I have gone through your query and understand your concern for Petechiae red spots all over abdomen. Regarding your condition - it is a simple phenomenon, if your bleeding time, clotting time and platelets are normal then there is no need to worry.
