HI PETACHIAE ON ANKLES AND LOWER LEGS IS DUE TO VASCULITES.AS ALL THE REPORTS ARE NORMAL IT CAN DUE TO ALLERGIC VASCULITIES.NUMBNESS MAY BE DUE TO DECREASED BLOOD SUPPLY TO THE EFFECTED AREA.IT CAN BE CURED BY ATARAX 25 MG AT NIGHT,ANTIBIOTIC TWICE DAILY,SHORT COURSE OF STERIODS
