Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your history. Headche is cardinal symptom of stress and depression. You should consult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation.

Doctor may advisr you to take antidepressant drugs like escitalopram or sertraline. Doctor may advise to go for counseling or psychoytherapy sessions.

Meanwhile , you can do stress management and relaxation therapy like yoga, meditation or breathing exercise.

Thanks.

General & Family Physician Dr. Veera Raghava Rao Buddha.'s  Response
Hi, You had head ache since 25 years, you are 53 now, Since last 8 years there are constant pains.
The causes of head ache could be hypertension, sinusitis, anxiety, tension , or some intra cranial effects.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment, you may need to have M.R.I. for confirmation.
You can use alprazolam at night to controle anxiety.
Antibiotics and phenylephrine or any decongestant may be necessory if there is cold and sinusitis. Thank you.
