Persistent sharp pain in palms and soles. Used various balms. Had suffered from Chikungunya. What is the cause?

Hi, I have Chikunguniya disease 6 months ago. Though the disease was cured, I still have sharp pain in hand palms and below the foot . Pain is more when I sit for a while and walk. I applied various pain balms. But no use. Could this pain be due to Chikunguniya or it could be some other disease? I am 30 and I have no health issues like Diabetes etc.
