Good day, I am 30 yrs old male, after persistent pain in both knees since last 5 months, i took an MRI of my left knee, It depicted joint effusion and degeneration of knee joint and surrounding tissue was unremarkable. Even after resting for last 2 months and having medicines there is no improvement, I have also undergone Ayurvedic treatment for 20 days, still no relief. Kindly advise.
