Periods With Constipation, Cramping And Headache Post Unprotected Sex. Pregnancy Chances?
hello dr. grief. i am so worry about my situation. i had unprotected sex 1 week ago. then i just got my menstruation 5th day after the penetration. now, im in my 4th day of my period, is there a possibility to get pregnant? even if i got my period?? coz i think im gonna be crazy.. i just suffered from constipation , cramping and headache . please help me.

hi welcome to hcm.see as you get your periods means no chance of pregnancy so no need to worry .and question of you become crazy may because of tension or anxiety nothing else.constipation which is regular problem then take plenty of fluid plus increase fiber in your diet ,take green leafy veg,and still complaints then take liq.creamalax 2tab at the bed time untill relive from constipation.see if you don't want pregnancy yet then use precaution like condom or oc pills and specially alert at the ovulation time means 12 to 18 day of your periods.
