Hello, According to your LMP, you have missed period for 2 weeks. Therefore, at first you need to exclude pregnancy by estimating blood for beta hCG level as early pregnancy test sometimes give negative result. In exclusion of pregnancy, other reasons for late period are hormonal imbalance, stress/ anxiety/ emotional upset, ovarian cyst/ PCOD, thyroid problem, wt gain/ extreme loss, irregular eating habits etc. Leaking urine on sneezing/ coughing is called stress urinary incontinence. Urinary infection is needed to be ruled out. Do some initial investigations to rule out underlying pathology like USG pelvis, Thyroid profile, other hormone assay, blood sugar & prolactin level etc. One vaginal swab test & urine examination are also required to exclude pathogens. So consult with your gynecologist at the earliest and take suggestive measures. Vaginal discharge without bad smell/itching is nothing to worry. Maintain genital hygiene properly. It may be seen prior to commence of period in some women. Avoid stress/ anxiety, take healthy diet with iron supplements, do light exercise and take adequate rest. Do pelvic floor exercise to avoid stress incontinence. Take care.
