Periods Not Regular, Worried About Pregnancy. How To Regularize Period?

hello doc i am 26 yrs old my periods are not regular last month 10 nov is my first day of mc now its 14 dec and i have no mc i m worried about pregnancy i dont want to be pragnant i have 1 yr old baby. somtime mc come after 9 days of expected date. what should i do.

Hello madam, from the history you have given, well some women have periods every 35 to 40 days. But if the delay is too much then you may have to consult your gynaecologist, and start on hormonal pills if required to regularise the cycle. Also would suggest you use a contraceptive method after consultation with your gynaecologist so as to avoid unwanted pregnancy. Hope i was helpful to you.
