Periods Late With Blood Covered Globs Discharge. Have Tender Breasts, Back Pain, Cramps And Frequent Urination. Pregnancy?
Hi, I'm 1month & 4 weeks late on my period and was sexually active the month before that, though today after receiving many cramps got what I hope is my period. I also have blob like blood covered globs comming out of me, I have been experiencing cramps for the last 4 weeks and had some signs of pregnancy (back pain, frequent need to urinate, tender breast, and cramps in the lower stomach) though all the signs of pregnancy I have had are also similar signs to changing birth control. I was off birth control for a month then got back on the next month an have read that it is normal to experiences some symptoms from doing so. I have been continuing to take birth control as I have and have experienced wrong period dates before and have gone months/weeks before having my period. I'm wondering if I'm pregnant or it is just symptoms of me being off and on my birth control.

From the information you have provided, I understand that there has been unprotected sex in your last cycle & you have missed your period.
The symptoms you have described are non specific as they can occur prior to periods, while you are on hormonal contraceptives and also in pregnancy.
Not sure whether you were on contraceptives last month.
Change of contraceptive pill should be done after a period ie only when you are absolutely sure you are not pregnant.
Either way, we need to do a pregnancy test asap to know where we stand.
Depending on the result we can move forward.
