Periods Got Regular After Abortion, Delayed Periods, Test Negative. Should I Worry ?

I aborted my 5 week pregnancy on 18 march 2013..earlier I used to have irregular periods but from the time I became sexually active, it became regular in 28 days.this month I had to get my periods on 21 july, but on 24th also, it hasn't fome.we used pull oyt method.I tested through prega news, result negative. .I don't want to be pregnant. should I stop worrying?

Pregnancy can be confirmed or ruled out by pregnancy test.
There are many contraceptive methods to prevent pregnancy.
Oral contraceptives, intra-uterine devices, dermal implant, are some of the methods of contraception.
Pull out method is not 100% method to prevent pregnancy.
The prostatic fluid that enters the vaginal tract even before ejaculation.
Prostatic fluid can also contain sperms.
So, conception can take place in pull out method.
You can consult your gynecologist for various methods of contraception.
The method most suitable will be decided by your age, medical history, menstrual history and history of previous pregnancies.
