Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Delay in periods can occur due to many causes.
Stress and strain is one of them.
If you had unprotected intercourse around the time of ovulation, there is possibility of pregnancy.
So you wait for one more week, and if you do not get periods by that time, go for pregnancy test once.
Your abdominal pain can be due to the ulcer.
If the pain persists, consult general surgeon once and get examined.
Take treatment accordingly.
If general health gets affected, that can affect the vaginal flora and can alter the vaginal discharge.
This may become normal after treating the cause.
Take care.

Radiologist Dr. Eric Norman Brua's  Response
Hello there,

Stress can delay your menstruation, but it doesnt mean you really are not pregnant. There's only one way to know if you are pregnant and that is to do a pregnancy test.
The kit is very cheap and sold over the counter. Vomiting is never a sure sign that you are pregnant, especially that you are also suffering from a stomach pain.
Do a pregnancy test now and free yourself from worries.
Feel free to give feedback.
Thank you,

Dr. Eric
