Periods Delayed, Breast Pain, Hot Flushes, Cramps. HPT Negative. Possible Reason?

Hi, I am 12 days late in period. Which is really unusual. I havent missed a period in years. I'm not stressed or anything, and nothing has changed in my lifestyle. I have achey breasts, hot flushes, period like cramps. I've taken 5 hpt but they are all negative. I've taken them all 1st thing in the morning to. I'm jus a little confused. Because this has never happened before. An I would say I know my body quite well. Plz can u help?

Thanks for posting your query.

As the hpt s are negative a good one week after expected periods, you are not pregnant.
But we have to find out why you have still not got your periods.
It may be stress, change of place etc but it may be a hormonal condition also.
Meet up with your doctor who can test you for thyroid, prolactin problems, pcos etc

Once we know the cause, we can sort it out easily.
Hope this helps, take care!
