Periods Brownish Color, White Bumps On Areola, Dark Veins In Breast, Tight Vagina, Bleeding For Several Hours

I started my what I believe to be my period a couple days early. It started off a brownish red color and was not light nor heavy. The first 2.5-3 days it was seemingly lightish to normal flow for myself. Overall it was a small amount lighter. I dont know if this has anything to do with anything so ill say i incase. In the shower I noticed those white bumps on my areola looked huge and I had never noticed it before but im pretty positive they are newer. They look like they have calmed down a bit but are still there. I was no able to see any veins in my breast before the past week or two, however, now on tthe left side especially I notice some dark veins starting to pop up. I have to lean back so the light shines in a different place on my body and if I do that I can see dark purplish veins all over my chest and breasts that I have never noticed before. Um lets see, my vagina feels tight, like ridiculously tight. So much so that it was hart to insert a tampon (which is pretty odd to me..). I feel like im so dry down there its very uncomfortable. Even after 30 minutes of stimulation from myself or my boyfriend I cannot seem to feel wet (only a little moisture) and if I do get wet its slightly thicker and not as slippery and I just cannot stay wet. If he or I stop stimulation then with in 2 minutes im ALL dry again. My cervix is super soft, which I have never paid attention too So i dk if it normal or not. Ok so back to the days.. After that 2.5-3days of light to normal to light period flow (bright red in color) It slowed down and seemed like i was going to stop (which would have been early b/c i always last for 6-7 days on my period) and then today 1/2-1 day after i though it was going to stop i went to the bathroom and there was a gush of red blood followed by several hours of no flow and just dryness and then after a 6 hr break I have bright red/orangish red bleeding that flows very easily. I was lying down before the blood came so it could have been collecting or something until I stood up and then woosh! I felt my cervix again, still very tight and dry after the bloody/discharge dripped/flowed/and was wipped out. Thats all I notice aboutt my body but my question if what is your professional opinion for what is going on?

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The irregular bleeding that you are having is likely to be related to the mild hormonal imbalance. If this has happened for the first time then you can ignore these symptoms and watch out for your next periods. It may correct on its own without a treatment.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
