Period Missed. Urine Pregnancy Test Positive. Can It Be Due To Any Other Reason Than Pregnancy?

hello I have one missed period, I am now in day 34 and I had no menstrual cycle, my breasts hurt a lot, and I feel tired from any effort I did urine pregnancy test it gave positive result but I am still worried and want to be sure more are these symptoms could be for any reason other than pregnancy? like hormonal imbalance for example although my menstrual cycles are always regular?
