Pelvic Scan Shows Bulky Uterus, Fibroids. Can They Affect Periods? No Periods, Brown Spotting
I last saw my period on the 27 September and on the 10 October I had pinkish and brownish spotting for one week and since then I have not seen my period had mild cramping, light headed ache,sore breast but gone, waist pain.went for pelvic scan I was told bulky uterus with AP 64mm, and fibroid , with no pregnancy. What is wrong with me

You have no periods and are not pregnant. The ultrasound shows fibroid:
Fibroids are non cancerous uterine tumors. They are not always symptomatic and may remain for many years without diagnosis. They need to be treated only if they grow big or produce symptoms like bleeding, pain, pressure, infertility etc. Since you do not seem to have any of these, the fibroid most likely is asymptomatic. Please mention the size as if it is big it may need removal.
About the absent periods. The possible causes may be thyroid and prolactin hormone disturbances, stress, excessive exercise, menopause [ I do not know your age]. Please get a hormone check and also see if the other factors are present. Treatment will then depend upon the cause.
