Pelvic Pain, Facial Rashes, Milky Discharge, Bump On Gum. What Does This Mean?

Hello my name is ladonna i been having pelvic pain i am dry blood thats keeps coming back everyday i have a face rash and i am having milky dischange and i found like this little bum on my gum. It dont hurt my gums or very senstive they bleed when they is brushed i been having this iron taste in my mouth and i been hot and cold i felt like i was run a fever my email is YYYY@YYYY
