I have pelvic pain to both sides and some back pain. Ultrasounds did not show anything but the last one showed a polyp in my uterus.I m 30 years old with two kids, could it be endometriosis , I dont have a history of it. Also I don t think its the polyp because it just showed up on my recent ultrasound. I have an appt to see my obgyn soon.
dear
you are right the polyp rarely to cause this chronic pelvic pain the diagnosis of endometriosis is by US and surgery
what you have I dont think it is endometriosis because it cause periodic pelvic pain and mostly associated with the period
what you have is pelvic pain needs more investigation
better to follow with gynecologist
