Hi: Dandruff in head could of vaierty of reasons and it can cause itcing and hairfall. You can try ketocanazole shampoo, available as nizral shampoo.

After shampoo rinse your hair with diluted lime juice or with diluted vinegar made from sugar cane juice. internally have 2 tablets of gandhak rasayan and allerin bd.
