General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
these lumps should be avluated as soon as you can. it should be surgically removed and sent to analysis to verify is it benign or somer systemic disease. also it may indicate some autoimmune disorders. it can be terated by certain medicines too but the right diagnosis should be established before that.
Hope I have answered your query.
