At this age and with the history provided by you higher are the possibilities of it being a reactive lymph
node , kindly visit a cytopathologist and get a fine needle aspiration done , it is a very simple procedure done under local anesthesia
, non-traumatic and you will get the report quickly this will solve the issue of a reactive lymph node / parotid gland tumor
either case management is different and will be done accordingly . Visiting an ENT specialist
won't solve the issue. if your daughter has a history of fever , any infection of upper respiratory tract
