Patches Of Skin Inside Lips, Sore Tongue. Treatment?

For the past two days I have had a raw patches of skin on the inside rim of my lips and a sore tongue , especially where my teeth meet my tongue on the side. I also have these raw areas undermy tongue on the gum. I do not see white patches, but my tongue is more coated than usual. I have increased my water intake but my tongue is still coated. Any sugestions or relief you could prescribe would be appreciated!

Pediatrician 's  Response
greetings.
are you sure those are not ulcers?
because we are not able to examine the oral cavity on our own so we try to feel everything through our tongue.and i guess that is what exactly what you might be doing.
it will be great if you can try out some vitamin b complex supplements and do show your doctor for proper examination.
