Passing Light Green Stools After Taking Iodine Supplements. Is It A Cause Of Concern?
2 weeks ago I started taking an iodine supplement (3mg every other day) as I tested as being iodine deficient.
Last few days I noticed I have a bit of diarrhea/loose stools and then I started noticing the color of the stool as being light green.
Is this a cause for concern? Can it mean I am taking too much iodine?

Thank fro asking to HCM
The green colour stool is mostly have viral infection, but other cause could be there that must have exerting the same mode of action as happening in viral infection so it could be due to iodine therapy too but this is not dangerous and will go away as soon as the underlying cause taken off have nice day.
