Passing A Lot Of Gas, With Feeling Of Passing Stools, Due For Periods. Solution?

Well i ve looked up a bunch of people with the same thing happening to me... but basically I have been passing gas a lot each day. With normal gas, i am able to comfortably suppress it, however with this if I try to wait I feel like I m gonna pop. I am due for my period between the 12th and 18th but its never been this bad before.

Thanks for the query.

The flatulence or you may say passing gas in general refers to inetstinal and digestive disturbances and i do agree it becomes awkward at places due to it.

Normally flatulence volume ranges from 476 to 1491ml per 24 hours but when it exceeds and becomes offensive due presence of gaes like H2s its very offensive is called flatulence .
When the food decomposes in the intestine it results in so .

So i would suggest you to take light digestive food freshly prepared ,whole wheat,less spicy and greasy and easily digestible .
Drink gallons of water .
Take fibrous food.
GO for fasting once in a week.
Do daily walk or jogging.
Probiotics like yoghurt are proven to decrease flatulence.
antibiotic rifaximin often decreases flatulence.
And periods has nothing to do wilth it.
Feel free for furthur help.
