Partner Having Soreness While Urination. Concerned About The Pregnancy

Hi my husband told me this.morning he is very sore when he urinates. explained as razor.blade sharp pain. We did have intercourse 2 days ago but i have no pain or itching so i don t believe it s from that. he s never had this before. im over 3 months pregnant with our second child and am now worried if something can happen to the baby if he had this infection a few days ago. hope someone could help. thank you

your husband can be suffering from a urine infection it would be good if he got a urine test done.
i would also suggest that you also get a urine test done as well to know if you also have an infection as pregnancy itself makes you prone to have urine infection, the infection may affect the unborn child as it can complicate and become a kidney infection.
if your husband is being treated for urine infection and if you also have it then we need to treat you as well because of the pregnancy period.
