Partial Vision Loss And Dizziness. Is This Simply A Symptom Of Anxiety? Or More?

i I am very often hit with the sense of dizziness following partial vision loss in both eyes , usually upon standing. Blood tests have come back negative for any thyroid conditions and my blood pressure is a steady normal. My primary care physician has pinned this as a symptom of anxiety. Could it be something more ?

HI
Well come to HCM
This is typical symptoms of orthostatic hypotension, anxiety would be very less likely, while standing you are not suppose to stand suddenly or in hurry, get the standing position very gently, drink more water, get done the hemoglobin test, take care in diet, avoid starvation, plasma glucose test would be necessary, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
