Paper Cuts On Buttock, Vagina Due To Wiping Hard. Previously Diagnosed With Hsv 7. Recommendations?

hi I am Ashley I am 23 years old and 5'6" and weight 185lb. I have been having this issue for a year now and its very irritating. If I have a day where I have a lot of bowel movements and I wipe and wipe to get clean, then a few hours later I go pee and I have small cuts paper like cuts on my butt and vagina why is that am I wiping to hard? After 2 days they go away. I was diagnosis with HSV 7 years ago but have not had any problems with it since, could it be that?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since your weight is 185 lbs ( more than 30 lbs than normal).
This cut is due to hard wipe regularly so please take care nest time.
Due to overweight there in folds between skin of buttock and upper part of thigh.
In obese person these fold are more prominent hence complete cleanse is not possible.
Due to this there is sweating hence this further aggravate this.
If possible ,please try to reduce the weight.
Get in blood examination for sugar level.
Herpes 7 have no relation with this cut.
