Panic Attack, Anxiety. Was Prescribed Zoloft, Xanax And Phentermine. What Is The Solution?
My girlfriend was prescribed zoloft,zanax,and Phentermine all at the same time she quit taking the zoloft without tapering and had almost all symptoms of discontinuing syndrome. Brain zaps panic attack, anxiety the turned to anger and said she doesn't love me anymore after 5 year relationship, we had some problems like most couples do when she got pregnant and had our son six months after he was born is rough when gave her these scripts shortly after discontinuing the zoloft is when all these symptom happendvshe has left home and having sex with this guy that she seems to not really care about she told me she don't love him she just fucking him. She hates me and is very hostile I don't know what to do. I've exhausted all my resources watching our son can any body give me some free advice I am broke from all this.

In my opinion she is suffering from anxiety and mood disorder.
The medicines she is taking indicate that she may be having depression as well. Phentermine is a brain stimulant and used to treat obesity. May be it was given to treat obesity or to stimulate her brain to overcome depression.
The risky behaviour (sexual involvement) and violant attitude indicate that she may be going towards the high phase of mood. It is called mania or hypomania.
I will suggest to start mood stabilizers such as valproate ( epival ) or lamotrigine. Detailed assessment by a psychiatrist will be helpful.
