Hi
Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum

Swelling on limbs, esp in the morning is seen in many illness like hypothyroidism, a condition of heart, or kidney.

Certain investigations and tests are required here, like thyriod profile, ECG, routine urine examinations . Please visit a general physician.

If its due to a thyrid disorder, homeopathy can help. For cardiac and renal - you need to have a confirm diagnosis, and the treatment will depend on that.
